In Russia
In Moscow right now, gearing up for the night train to St. Petersburg for a nice weekend away. Trading one hostel for another.
You would think, this being my third trip to Russia, that I would be more used to this place and its eccentricities. But it seems just as foreign each time I arrive and takes me about three days to acclimate. I'm even starting to get some of my Russian back -- having to eat and buy groceries will do that to you.
Things are in the works on the poetry front. More news will follow. Watch this space, as they say. (Though I post here so infrequently that I doubt anyone is reading this.)
Take care! From Russia with Lubov!Labels: groceries, poetry, Russia, trains
